Terms of use

Omaculate uses Apple's standard licence for App Store apps. Here is what that means, in plain words.

Effective November 4, 2026 · Omaculate 1.0

Draft. Waiting for the owner's review before launch. Not legal advice.

The app licence

Omaculate is licensed, not sold, under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the standard EULA). altifacts is the licensor. Those terms govern your use of the app; this page explains them and doesn't replace them.

Purchases and refunds

  • Omaculate is a free download. Grand Oma is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase ($14.99 in the US; the App Store shows your local price). It's not a subscription.
  • The 3-day trial is a free in-app item. It is never charged and ends by itself.
  • Purchases are handled by Apple and restored on your Macs with the same Apple Account. Refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your files

Oma only acts in folders you choose, shows her plan before acting unless you set a recipe to Just handle it, and never deletes files: the most she does is move them to the Trash. Still, you're responsible for the recipes you approve and for keeping backups of files that matter, for example with Time Machine. To the extent the law allows, the app is provided as is, as set out in the EULA.
