For small business owners
For small business owners: supplier invoices sorted for the accountant
Omaculate sorts supplier invoices and receipts, bank statements and payslips, and contracts from Downloads into their own folders, with invoices and statements split by year, so the paperwork is ready when your accountant asks.
Invoices under every name
Suppliers name invoices however they like, in more than one language. A search for "invoice" misses most of them.
Statements when you need them
Loans, leases and tax returns all start with a request for statements, usually by year.
Not much time for setup
You want something that works from the first scan without learning a rules engine.
Recipes that help
Start with these.

Anything in Downloads that looks like an invoice or receipt is moved to Downloads/Invoices and Receipts, by year.
Gather statements and payslips

Archive old downloads

Setting it up
- Let Oma into Downloads.
- Add the invoices, statements and contracts recipes from the suggestions; they arrive ready to save.
- Approve the first list after a look through it.
- At the end of the year, send your accountant the year's folders.
Good to know
- Keep "Archive old downloads" at the bottom of the list, so the paperwork recipes get first pick.
- Add "remind me about it in 1 year" to the contracts recipe for renewals.
