Trash zips already unzipped
A zip in Downloads that's already unzipped goes to the Trash.
Trash old app installers
An installer in Downloads, older than 30 days, goes to the Trash.
Gather contracts and agreements
A document in Downloads that looks like a contract or agreement is moved to Downloads/Contracts.
Setting it up
- Let Oma into Downloads and add "Gather invoices and receipts" from the suggestions.
- Add "Trash zips already unzipped" and "Trash old app installers".
- Review the first run: every move and every Trash row is listed before anything happens.

Good to know
- Switch the invoice folders to a folder per quarter if you file quarterly.
- Turn a condition around to leave out shipping labels, for example "isn't named label-*".
Questions
Will Omaculate ever trash a zip I have not opened?
No. "Trash zips already unzipped" only matches a zip whose unzipped folder sits right beside it. A zip on its own is never matched.
How does it recognise an invoice?
